CallWise

Every office call gets an outcome and an owner.

Who called the customer back? What did they say? Who is doing the next thing, and by when?

CallWise answers those four questions from the phones your team already carries — and stops the answers living in one person's memory.

Sign in with Apple and your desk is there. Nothing can be charged — there is no price yet.

The whole product is one screen

Today. Every business call your team made or took, each one waiting for one tap: what was decided.

An illustration of the desk, using its own words. Nothing here is a customer's real call.

Three things, and nothing else

It is not a CRM and it will not ask your team to learn one.

Which calls happened

Call from CallWise and the number and time are recorded for you, on Android and iPhone alike. Calls that come in land on the desk on their own from an Android handset, and on iPhone CallWise notices one happened and asks who it was.

What was decided

One tap per call: information given, or follow-up required. A call without an outcome stays visible until somebody says.

Who must act next

A follow-up becomes a job with a name on it and a day. You can see what is open without asking anyone.

About recording — read this before you buy anything

Every app in this category promises to record your calls. Here is what your handset will actually do.

  • Android does not give an ordinary app the other person's audio. On most handsets that means both sides are captured only on speakerphone. Ours is an ordinary app, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
  • A phone shows "not proved yet" until a real call on that exact phone proves what was captured. No screen shows a recording badge for a phone that has not proved one. Your phone, your OS version, your manufacturer — it is decided there, not here.
  • iPhone gives no app the call audio, ever. Apple exposes none, so there is no recording on iPhone and we will not imply one. Capture itself is not the problem there: a call placed from CallWise is recorded by the app as it dials, so an iPhone office loses none of the desk — only the audio, which no app on that platform has.

So the thing we sell is the outcome and the owner, which is true on every handset in your office. Where the phone allows a recording, you get it too.

Set it up on one phone

Two taps, then pick a time. We come to one phone, make one real call on it, and you see it land.

How many people make business calls?

What phones do they carry?

There is no price yet

CallWise has no published price, and nothing has been charged to anybody. The first offices run a pilot: we set it up on one phone, you use it for a week, and we agree what it is worth after that.

When there is a price it will be written here, in full, before anyone is asked to pay it.
